Do you have a showroom?
Our store is located at Blk 13 North Bridge Road #01-3964 Singapore 190013. We are open Monday to Saturday from 12pm to 8pm. As we are limited in space, we may not have the product on display. Can I arrange my own collection of my purchase?
This will be on a case to case basis depending on the feasibility of storage and collection date/time agreed between the buyer and Maayrise Electrical & Trading. Kindly call us at Tel: +65 6281 1973 / 6281 1974 during trade hours to check on arrangement feasibility.

How do I dispose of my old furniture once my new furniture arrives?
You may contact your Town Council for their free bulky disposal service. For private properties, please contact your estate/building management for assistance.

What happens if the product I have purchased is no longer available after order?
If product is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will arrange a date and time with customer to resend product at the soonest when it is available. We may recommend an exchange if agreeable or proceed with cancellation if deemed necessary,

What is your return/refund policy?
Unless otherwise specified, products purchased are non-returnable and non-refundable. We advise customers to be present during delivery to check the product for any defects upon delivery. Should there be any defects, customers should inform the delivery team immediately to facilitate a replacement. If product is unavailable for same day delivery, we will arrange a date and time with customer to resend product at the soonest. Products purchased under Promotion are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and may not have warranties. For custom-made products, we are not able to accept a return. Refund of payment via original mode of payment will be made after 14 days of date of delivery. For custom-made products, we are not able to accept cancellation after 48 hours of purchase.
